Chest: With arms relaxed at sides, measure around the widest part of the bust.

Waist: Measure around the natural waistline, the smallest part of the waist.

Hips: Standing with legs together, measure around the widest part of hips.

Shoulder: Stand straight and relaxed, then find the bony point where your shoulder meets your arm (acromion) and measure across your back to the same point on the other side, keeping the tape level and taut.
